some artyness

drawings that i did a few months ago. all done with color pens.

a few goings on

new town festival with the girls! we all bought dresses

picnic at balmain under a tree.

i just love the breakfast bruschetta at firefly and i recreated it at home, homemade hollandaise sauce and beautiful poached eggs! yummy!

craftiness

little owlie cushion. i made two little ones which have both been sold in the lane cove art and design markets.
my first owlie cushion, his ears weren't quite cut out in the right direction. i made two large cushions which have both been sold.

a set of five little paintings from my work on flora and fauna. I also made this bird piece thats hangs with a twig of drift wood i collected from the beach.

our flat since i've been making bunting. covers the whole flat.

tree trunks drawing which was bought by a friend of mine.

the owls collection. i have recently sold the green one.

this piece is still being worked on. i may finish it someday!

i have so many buttons now, i love them, just can't stop buying packets of them.

Hight tea time

preparing decoration for the high tea. 12 metres of bunting. this is the first time i've made it but i soon got the hang of it.

joanne the tea lady.

in the background, my bunting and artwork on the wall. the flowers were so beautiful, every tea cup had its on rose.

the food was all made by mrs bradley and her mother in law.

high tea and fashion parade in lane cove. the beautiful crockery was hired from vintage kitchen.

back to the homeland

the t-shirt i made for marcus's birthday, i didn't have a sewing machine yet so it took me a long time. but was totally worth it.

little reefy in her favourite red wellies and cute little dress.

complete heaven, having a cornish cream tea at bethruvian steps.

i gave my old teddy bear hat to miriam. i think i originally bought it from the kids section in accessorize. bit old for it now.

reefy's little dress.

miriam's litle dress that i designed, with heart pockets!

a shop full of beautiful crockery and vintage furniture.

lovely owl designed cushions.

a lovely window display i saw in the local town.

annabel the rabbit and terry the guinea pig peeking out at me.

My mother in law's ducks.

horse riding in newquay.

Marcus in his birthday present. He just love dinosaurs so i couldn't resist buying him this little costume. I would love to have a go at making costumes for kids.
